Let’s address the elephant in the room once and for all.
As automatic gratuities are becoming a thing and tips are becoming expected - it personally doesn’t sit right with us. We also don’t believe in: “If you can afford the service, then you can afford to tip.” We simply believe in paying people a livable wage without relying on tips.
Tipping is a way one shows gratitude, appreciation or even love for our therapists so we've implemented The Appreciation Policy.
We hope this policy makes everyone feel at ease. You are welcome to read more about it by clicking the link above.
At this time, we do not. However, we will soon require a valid credit or debit card on file to charge for any no-shows/late cancellations.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a cancellation policy in place, and we appreciate your cooperation in notifying us in advance.
Life happens—we get it. But so does preparation, and your appointment time is reserved just for you. Here’s how we handle last-minute changes:
No reasons needed. No judgment. No stress.
This approach keeps things fair, honors everyone’s time, and helps create a space that’s grounded in mutual respect—not guilt trips or awkward convos.
We offer a variety of massage modalities tailored to your specific needs. Our therapists can help you select the most suitable option based on your preferences and any areas of concern you may have. However, if you haven’t had regular massages, jumping into deep tissue might not be the best choice. But consult with your therapist to make the best decision. Under "More Pages" - "Resources" - you can see the different massages we offer and an explanation on what massage you should choose. Or you can contact us for a quick consultation.
Massage sessions typically range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your preference and the type of massage you choose. Our therapists can recommend the ideal duration for your session based on your goals and needs.
Most clients choose to undress completely, while some prefer to leave undergarments on. Though it's easier to work on your muscles when you're properly undressed, ultimately it's up to your comfort level. Rest assured, you will be properly draped at all times to ensure your privacy and comfort.
This is a little bit of a tricky question. Usually, if you’re talking medical massages - those are a different specialty that may have more discomfort in efforts to rehab the muscles. Our massages are aimed to be therapeutic. Overall, massages should not be “painful”. While some techniques may cause mild discomfort as they target areas of tension, our therapists will always adjust pressure to ensure a comfortable experience. Please always communicate your preferences and any discomfort during the session.
The frequency of massages depends on your individual wants, needs and goals. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions for ongoing stress relief or chronic pain management, while others may opt for bimonthly or monthly maintenance sessions. Some simply enjoy massages as part of their self-care routine in general. Your therapist can recommend a personalized schedule based on your lifestyle and health objectives.
We have great membership/package options to help you decide!

Drink water!
Drinking enough water helps in the detoxification process and flushing out toxins.
Wait at least an hour before taking a shower. Avoid taking a hot shower.
Taking a hot shower will increase inflammation. A cool shower is better after your massage.
Feeling hungry? Eat a light and healthy snack to avoid feeling bloated or sluggish.
It’s normal to feel hungry when your parasympathetic nervous system has been activated along with increased blood circulation. This maximizes your body systems functions including your digestive system.
Craving coffee or want to wake up?
Skip it for a day. Due to the caffeine that can interfere with the body’s natural detoxification process. you can’t maximize this process. Instead, try a 20 minute power nap.
Same thing with ALCOHOL. It causes dehydration and doesn’t encourage the detox process. You can also prevent next-day soreness by drinking more water.
Avoid strenuous exercises or activities for at least 24-48 hours.
Especially after an intense/deep tissue session, your body needs some time to recover. Otherwise, it may result in injury. Relax and enjoy the massage you paid for!
Get Zen.
Avoid stress the best you can. Massages help reduce the cortisol levels in your body, but if you’re not actively stepping away from your stressors, then you can’t continue your “relax-mode”.
Do some light stretches.
While your massage therapist will do some stretches in your session, it’s good to do some on your own to prolong the relaxing effects.
Do the homework your therapist gives you!
Following the advice and instructions of your massage therapist helps ensure that you get the best out of your massage therapy session.
Thank you!
